Description
I corrected my circuits a bit, taking more notice in following the runway track and keeping my altitude.
That worked well, although I probably overcorrected a bit by making the down-wind leg a little too long. But I never came in too high.
The flight itself was OK, but not very comfortable due to a south-western wind. Especially on final there were some spots where I really dropped down and had to add a lot of energy with the throttle.
Visibility wasn't all that, but for circuits it was perfect. There wasn't a lot of other traffic.
But the landings were good, although the turbulence made them a little rougher than what I'm used to.
I did do my practice "slipping" manouvre.
I'm focusing a more on routine here. I'm going to do several other circuit flights and then think about doing some sight-seeing.
GPS Track
Looking at the GPS track, the circuits look more tidy than my previous flight.
